At Perfumer H, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; therefore, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal nature of our scents, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client services team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened item in its original shipping box, ensuring the glass bottle and outer sleeve are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Laboratory

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to ensure it remains in its original, saleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
