To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Can I refill my hand-blown glass bottle?
Sustainability is core to our brand. We offer a refill service for all our signature hand-blown glass bottles at our London laboratory and select retail locations.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been opened or sprayed.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all Perfumer H products are cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission third parties to do so.
